17th-century manor charm
The Grade II listed Manor House has been restored to its former glory and holds a serene private reception area with a magnificent Inglenook fireplace and wood-burning stove. It is the characterful heart of the venue, set against open Ribble Valley views.
Flexible event spaces
Stanley House can host weddings of up to around 200 guests across three event suites, giving real flexibility for different sizes and styles of celebration. The venue is licensed for civil ceremonies both indoors and outdoors, including a beautiful licensed orchard.
Stay, spa and dine
There are around 30 luxurious bedrooms, with 12 large individually designed rooms in the Manor House itself. A spa and Fred's Brasserie round out the stay, so guests can settle in for the weekend rather than just the day.
Views and recognition
The manicured gardens, licensed orchard and 17th-century house provide lovely backdrops for photographs, with the Ribble Valley as a backdrop. Stanley House was named Hotel Wedding Venue of the Year at the Lancashire Tourism Awards 2024.
