What You Get

Choose how your story is captured.

I don't believe in tiered packages, hidden add-ons, or the slow creep of costs that makes the final invoice a surprise. Whether you need the quiet focus of a single photographer or the comprehensive depth of two, every collection is all-inclusive and documented with the same unscripted approach.

  • Full Day Coverage

Offering 10 continuous hours of photography to comfortably document everything from your morning preparations through to the first dance and evening celebrations.

High-resolution, fully edited images delivered in a private digital gallery. No watermarks. Full download rights. Print-released and ready to use however you choose — no restrictions, no permissions required.

Coverage Window

Your day, your timeline.

Our standard coverage captures the heart of your day — offering 10 continuous hours of photography to comfortably document everything from your morning preparations through to the first dance and evening celebrations.

If your story requires a wider lens — whether that means us arriving extra early for extended morning preparations, or staying late into the night for a sparkler exit or a final slow dance — additional coverage is simply £150 per hour.

No complicated tiers. No premium surcharges. Just complete flexibility to match your timeline, quoted openly before the day so there are never any surprises on the invoice.

Standard Coverage 10 continuous hours
Extended Hours £150 / hour

Early mornings & late nights — discussed and agreed in advance.

A Note on Image Count

We don't shoot to hit a number. We shoot to tell the truth.

You'll notice we don't guarantee an exact image count. That's deliberate.

Guaranteeing a specific number of photographs often leads to exactly the wrong outcome: forced, filler images taken to fulfil a quota rather than a story. Wide shots of empty rooms. Angles that exist only to pad the gallery.

Instead, what we guarantee is a meticulously curated gallery that captures the story, the atmosphere, and the genuine feeling of your day. Every image delivered is there because it earned its place. Nothing is included to make up a number, and nothing that matters is left out.

In practice, most weddings produce between 400 and 600 photographs — but the number is dictated by the day, not by an arbitrary target. Some days are quieter. Some are a whirlwind. Both get exactly the coverage they deserve.

Transparent pricing.

I've been to enough weddings to know this: the anxiety of complex packages creates more stress than it removes. I've simplified my offering into two clear paths — the Solo Story and the Complete Story — so you can choose the right level of coverage for your day without worrying about hidden add-ons.

Both options include the same standard: full day coverage, a complete digital gallery, and absolute peace of mind. There's nothing additional to negotiate, nothing to upgrade to later, and no surcharges for high-resolution images.

This is the full experience, at a price that's clear from the start — whichever version of the story you choose to tell.

Availability

Why I limit my bookings.

I take on a deliberate number of weddings each year.

Not because I can't handle more — but because every couple deserves the same level of preparation, presence, and attention. When a photographer is overbooked, the work suffers. I'd rather do fewer things exceptionally well.

If your date is available and the work resonates, I'd encourage you to reach out. Dates — particularly in summer and early autumn — go quickly.

Common Questions

Things people ask.

Do you travel outside the North West?

Yes. I cover weddings across the UK and will travel internationally for the right brief. Travel and accommodation costs are discussed openly during the enquiry — no surprises.

How long until we receive our photographs?

Your full gallery will be delivered within six weeks of your wedding day. I'll send a preview selection within the first few days so you've got something to look at while the full edit is underway.

Do you offer albums?

Fine art albums are available as an optional extra after your gallery is delivered. There's no pressure — I'll share options and pricing during our conversation.

Can we meet before booking?

I'd encourage it. A short call or video chat before either of us commits is just good sense. You need to feel comfortable with the person who'll be in the room on one of the most important days of your life.

What happens if you're ill on the day?

I maintain a trusted network of photographers at the same level of work. In the extremely unlikely event I cannot attend, you will be covered by someone whose work I can personally vouch for — and who will have been fully briefed on your day.

How does booking work?

A booking retainer of £300 secures your date. The remaining balance is due four weeks before the wedding. Simple, straightforward, no instalment complexity.

Who is the second photographer?

If you choose the Complete Story collection, I'll be joined by a trusted professional I've worked with across dozens of weddings. They share my approach — documentary, unobtrusive, technically excellent — and we've developed the kind of intuitive teamwork that comes from years of shooting together. They aren't an afterthought; they're an integral part of the Duo experience.

What if our day runs earlier or later than the standard window?

No problem at all. Extended coverage — whether that's an early start for extended preparation or staying beyond the first dance to capture the party into the night — is charged at a flat £150 per hour. We'll discuss your timeline before the day so you know exactly what to expect, with no surprises on the invoice.

Your date might still be open.

The best way to find out is to ask. There's no obligation, no sales process — just a straightforward conversation about your day.
